PAYMENT

Payment is available through PayPal, all orders are fulfilled upon completion of the payment transaction and a confirmation email will be sent shortly after.

SHIPPING

All MINX-MINX items are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with tracking.  To track your order visit the USPS website and enter the tracking number listed in your confirmation email.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

There are no returns on MINX-MINX items.  All bracelets are approximately 7" around and made to fit an average size wrist (if you would like yours sized bigger or smaller please contact sales@minx-minx.com prior to purchase).  

Exchanges are accepted withing 7 days of receiving and must be authorized prior to being sent back.  To do so, please email  monique@minx-minx with details of exchange.

FAQ

MINX-MINX jewelry is hand-made from the highest quality semi-precious gemstones.  Other materials used are:  Czech Republic pressed glass, lava, carved bone, riverstone and wood.

Semi-precious gemstones may vary slightly in color, pattern and inclusions as they are natural stones. 

Charms are made from Pewter and dipped in antiqued yellow gold or silver.  

Rhinestone embellishments are made from imported Swarovski crystals or CZ stones set in gold dipped pave style settings. 

It is best to avoid contact with water to avoid tarnishing of the metal materials over time.

Swarovski ball embellishments are housed in prong settings and should be worn carefully with knitted fabrics as they may catch or snag on such materials.
