EXCHANGES

MINX-MINX accepts exchanges on items purchased via www.minx-minx.com for store credit.  Items on promotion or purchased at a discounted price are final sale.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item.  Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer and must arrive in the original box, undamaged.

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 7 business days to ship out your item from the time of purchase via USPS.  A tracking number will be provided and can be tracked via the USPS website.

International orders are also shipped via USPS and can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive to you depending on customs and destination.  Tracking is available at an additional cost.
